In case you missed it, we hosted the #LiveWildChallenge on Instagram last week, where we gathered a bunch of amazing women for 5-days of grounding, nature-filled prompts.
Each day was designed to get you outside amongst your busy daily life so that you could feel a little more happier, healthier, and connected this Spring. And we did it!!! We got outside, connected with nature (and ourselves), inspired one another along the way, and in the end, all felt better because of it.
HUGE thanks to the women who participated and for those who posted on Instagram. It was so inspiring to see your wise words and creative photos. I also really enjoyed getting to know more of you on a personal level.
To celebrate all the Wild Women who participated in the challenge, I thought it would be fun to share a little recap of the week. May this inspire you to keep (or get started with) living wild!
