Stay grounded, find your calm, and own your quiet strength.

I know you’re moving through a big transition in your life and I have a feeling you can’t keep living the way you’ve been living. I see you and I feel you.

You're over the lack of sleep, disconnection from others, and constant state of stress. And while you know you need to take better care of yourself, life is moving a million miles a minute and you're stuck in the day to day grind right now. As hard as you try, you can’t seem to quiet the thoughts in your mind or quiet the noise in the world around you.

If you’re like many of the women I serve and support, you’re up at night thinking about...

...whether or not you’re going to stay in your current relationship, or you're going to make a career change that's more aligned with your bigger vision, or

...who you want to be after a life-changing diagnosis, or you’re going to get unstuck from the rat race of life and stop pushing yourself so hard.

Whatever you're facing, you’re longing to gain clarity on the next move to make before you burn out (or how to reset if you're already past that point). You’ve tried a lot, and you’re losing steam. You’re not sure if there’s anything left to give. I want you to know I’m here for you.

I believe when you quiet the noise, and receive the inner and outer support your soul is craving this will bring about the change you desire in your life.

You’re ready for a new way of living ― one where you feel alive. Where you’re not afraid to show up as who you truly are. A life where you feel courageous and confident in the steps you’re taking. Where you overthink less and trust yourself a whole lot more. One where you know change is not something to be feared, but rather a sign you’re on the right path.

Even though you're moving through something big right now, you can still stay grounded in turbulent times, find your calm confidence, and own your quiet strength.

And it's all going to happen from the coziness of your own home, without booking flights or babysitters and taking time off work. Even better, you'll receive a framework that you can use the next time you're standing at a crossroads feeling confused and depleted. One that will support you and provide real rejuvenation (no matter how stressful life is).

I'd like to personally invite you to Quiet Strength: An At-Home Adventure for Women. A live 4-hour video where we’ll ask the big questions and create the space for you to hear the answers. Space where you can face fears, navigate self-doubt, and show up as you truly are. No more hiding.

When you join Quiet Strength: An At-Home Adventure for Women, you’ll:

  • Get clear on what’s next in your life and the steps to get there.
  • Identify your main sources of challenge, worry, and energy drains so that you can feel lighter as you move through this transition.
  • Learn relaxation techniques, writing practices, and movement exercises that will ignite clarity, calm, and confidence from within.
  • Create simple ways to connect with nature on a daily basis (even in winter) so that you can experience its healing powers more often.
  • Start 2017 rejuvenated, recharged, and inspired, ready to make it the most meaningful year yet, instead of one full of stress, overwhelm, and "shoulds".

"With a growing business, being in the middle of a major home renovation and a move on the horizon, Quiet Strength was just what I needed. It helped me recharge and gave me a much needed boost, as I continue to take action to reach my goals. Megan's presence as well as the community of incredible women left me feeling connected, inspired and relaxed."

― Marissa Boisvert, Founder, WANA Project: Cold Springs, NY.

The week following Quiet Strength, I had knee surgery and to help prepare, I used several of the meditations before the operation. Everyone, including me, was shocked about how low my blood pressure was when I checked in! These practices helped me to quiet my mind, sleep more deeply, and hear what my heart has been trying to tell me.

"Quiet Strength was a much needed break to recharge and reflect after pushing myself too hard and burning out. It was the first step of many towards prioritizing my self-care, creating better boundaries, and connecting to my inner voice. I walked away with new tools to prevent burnout from happening again in the future, and I was able to do it all from the convenience of my own home, in my pj's!"

― Stephanie Bean, Program Manager at Google: San Francisco, CA.

got questions?

I've got answers! If your question isn't answered below, please email me at [email protected] and I'll reply as soon as I can.

Q: What will I actually be doing at this retreat? You can expect an experience of community, quiet introspection, and sacred self-care. You'll slow your body down with grounded movement practices, calm your mind with relaxation techniques, and explore your transition with powerful journaling prompts. Plus, you'll have time to connect with the other women attending, as well as get personal support from me around your most challenging questions.

Please note: No two retreats are ever the same. Based on the application responses provided by you and the other women, the experience will be crafted specifically for the collective community. There's an overall flow and methodology that I'll be sharing with you, but the details always differ slightly from retreat to retreat. This is because I'm committed to meeting women where they're at and serving them from this space.

Q: Can I really do this from my home? Yep! Pretty amazing, right? Thanks to technology, you can experience this transformative work from the coziness of your home in you pj's. I'll guide you step by step on how to protect your time and space so that you can create this much needed intentional time for yourself. Then, I'll take you through a powerful process that will help you discover your Quiet Strength so that you can head into 2017 with the clarity, confidence, and calm that you're craving!

Q: Is this only for introverts? No way, love! It doesn't matter where you fall on the introvert-extrovert spectrum. You're not required to be a "quiet" person to participate in (or benefit from) this retreat. When I say “quiet,” I'm talking about discovering and listening to that still, small voice that lives inside of you. The one you need to step out of the noise of your everyday life in order to hear again. Our retreats are designed to help you hear your quiet and connect to your strength so that you can make bold decisions in your life no matter how much noise is surrounding you.

Q: What supplies do I need to do this? A device to view the retreat on (laptop or tablet will be best), your journal and something to write with, comfy clothes that you feel beautiful in, a yoga mat, a water bottle or cup of tea, and an open heart and mind. You'll also need a private space where you can be alone. This is a time just for you without your kids or partners so ensure that you have a room in your house where you don't have to worry about other people interrupting you.

Q: What if I can't be there live on February 11th? If you can't be there live, no worries! We’re recording the retreat from start to finish and all retreat participants will receive a copy. You can watch the video when your family is still asleep one morning or whatever day works with your schedule. You'll also get all the info for the resource library to peruse in your own time as well!

Q: What time do I need to be there? If you're joining us live, we'll start at 9:00am PST on Saturday, February 11th. Please arrive 10-minutes early so you can get settled and feel ready to begin on time.

Q: Will I do this inside of my house or outside? Great question! For the 4-hour retreat, you'll be in the coziness of your own home. I'll offer you suggestions for simple ways to connect with nature that can be done inside. Then, if you're wanting more post-retreat I'll give you ideas for adventuring out of your home to connect with the natural world in a deeper way.

Q: What's included again? Here's a quick recap for you: live 4-hour video retreat, pre and post retreat resources, arsenal of sacred self-care practices, circle of support for you to lean into, self-care package delivered to your mailbox, and lifetime access to the Quiet Strength library. :)

Q: This is such a busy time of year for me. How can I add one more thing to my already full schedule? I hear you! I know how full our calendars and lives can feel this time of year. My question for you is, do you have anything scheduled that's just for you? I have a feeling you're giving a lot to your family, your work, and your community, but what about you? If you don't give to yourself, you're not going to be able to give to everyone else ― end of story. But when you take time to get quiet, connect with yourself, nourish your mind, body, heart, and spirit, you'll be able to show up for your life as the grounded, strong, and empowered woman that you are. You'll be able to make the big decisions with less doubt and a lot more confidence. You'll enter 2017 rejuvenated, recharged, and inspired, ready to make it a meaningful time of year, instead of a stressful one.

what women are saying

"When I decided to sign up for the Quiet Strength At-Home Retreat, I thought I would have a nice day and relax. But my expectations were totally blown away! I had a wonderful retreat, met some other fabulous women and was able to carry a new morning practice into my life afterward. I highly recommend this to any woman who is looking to learn new ways to live and take care of herself."

― Sue Dunlevie, Founder, Successful Blogging: Tampa, FL.

I was amazed at how rich of an experience the at home retreat was. Joined with women from across the country, all of whom, myself included, we're there to refocus, recharge and reset; the at-home retreat provided a safe place for all to address and navigate emotions with the support and understanding of others. The journey inward was paired with realistic and rejuvenating yoga practices and meditations that can be easily incorporated into daily life. I would recommend this to any woman overdue in giving themselves time to gently honor their mind, body and intuition.

― Laken Geiger, Independent Public Relations Practitioner: Raleigh, NC.

I never could have imagined how much connection I would feel with other women virtually, and how important this very community was on this very day. It was so amazing how we were spread out all over the country but could still be so connected to one another. It just goes to show how similar the struggles women face are, and how much power we can garner from holding space for one another and sharing our ample love. This retreat was an overwhelmingly positive and powerful experience.

― Amy Tomasso, Writer: Palo Alto, CA.

meet your guide

Dear One,

I'm no stranger to transitions. From moving more times than I can count, to leaving the corporate world behind and starting my own business, to recovering from an eating disorder and depression. Time and time again I've faced change and met it head on.

It hasn't always been easy though. There have been moments where I've been scared, where I've felt confused and lost, where I've wanted to give up. Moments where I thought there was no way I could handle one more transition.

But I did and you know what? Life is WAY more amazing than I ever could have imagined. This didn't come from plowing through life, staying safe, or ignoring that which felt uncomfortable. It happened because at every crossroads I took time to pause, get quiet, turn inward, and move from a space of fullness rather than depletion.

I believe life is one big transition and how we choose to navigate these moments directly impacts the quality of our lives. If we move a million miles a minute, stressed out, and disconnected change is going to feel much harder and take a lot longer. But when we take intentional time for ourselves to connect, reflect, and move slowly change starts to feel graceful and fluid. Life starts to make sense and we see why we've been called to change.

In the past year, I've lead ten Quiet Adventure retreats, our first ever Quiet Strength at-home retreat, six corporate workshops, and worked with fifteen women through Quiet Mentorship. In 2016 alone, I've supported over one hundred and fifty women through big life transitions. Now, I want to share this work with you! I want to help you to discern where you will go from this crossroads so that you can fully partake in the adventure that is life. I’m an expert at helping women get quiet, navigate transitions, connect to what’s most important, and create graceful personal change.

I’m also proud to say I’m a woman who truly walks my talk. And while I’m not perfect I wake up every day with the intention to embody this work and inspire what I teach. I hope you'll join us on February 11th so that you can find a stronger, braver, more resilient version of yourself at this time in your life. It would be an honor to support you!

Warm hugs and big love,
